Attached is the information for the Mayor’s Annual Senior Holiday Celebration. I hope that you’re all able to attend. If so, please reserve your ticket by calling the telephone number listed on the flier.
Lt. Cousins, Fiona, Sina, Christine, and Melva, thank you for agreeing to volunteer with directing seniors to the EAPC photo booth and/or tabling on behalf of our committee. Upon your arrival, please proceed to the Volunteer Sign-in/Help Desk booth to sign-in. Afterwards, we’ll meet-up at the EAPC table which will be next to one of the two photo booths.
Please arrive as close to 10 a.m. as possible. There will be a coat room should you wish to check your coats. And you’ll be provided with a continental breakfast and lunch.
Parking in Lot #3 is free for all participants but a parking pass is required. You may obtain a parking pass in advance of the event here at the Office on Aging. Or, you may receive one on the day of the event; someone will be stationed at both Lot 3 and on the median in front of the Armory (where seniors will be dropped off) with parking passes. Let them know you’re a member of the Elder Abuse prevention committee and are volunteering.
