New Reading Program at Shepherd Public Library- Sat @2-4pm for K-2nd grade

Do you have a child that needs or wants to practice reading all of the time? Wouldn’t it be great, if there was somewhere you could go and let your child read until their hearts are content? Encourage your kids to develop a love for reading by giving them an opportunity to have a one-on-one reading experience.
Bring your new reader to the Shepherd Park Library on Saturday afternoons and they can practice their reading with a Public Library trained Jack and Jill Reading Teen Partner program. Teens have been trained by the head librarian and are available to listen to your kids read books furnished by the library.
