House party for neighborhood Arts non-profit this weekend

Hi Neighbors,

John Mahshie and Michael Faubion are opening their home in Crestwood to support Day Eight this Saturday 1:30 – 4:00pm.

Honored Guests attending to support include Councilmember Brandon Todd, Ebone Bell of Tagg Magazine, Jon West-Bey of American Poetry Museum, John Chambers of Bloombars, John Mason of Washington Area Lawyers for the Arts, Matt Wood of Free Press, and Joy Austin of the DC Humanities Council.

Tickets are just $25 and we need your support to match recent grants made to the organization. https://www.eventbrite.com/e/mahshie-home-event-tickets-34093747316

Please let me know if you have any questions about what Day Eight does – love to connect with more neighbors about it – and hope to see some of you there,
