I take a small dose of Xanax (prescription) or Phenibut (freely available but just as dangerous as Xanax, so beware), but only when I absolutely need it, which is at most once or twice a week on average.
I’ve tried various supplements and other drugs but none seem to do squat.
Speaking of which, squats and lifting in general do help. I highly recommend it. Cardio and other low intensity exercise don’t have nearly the same results, if any.
